What Guardian structures unlock

Each unlock costs Guardian blueprint fragments plus Guardian materials and commodities at a Guardian Tech Broker. Structures yield fragments from the central vault after the pylons are powered. Tiny layouts (Crossroads, Fistbump, Lacrosse) have no data terminal and give no blueprints.
